Jigar Shah, Program Manager, is supporting mHUB HardTech Delivery Services (HDS) by owning the full delivery lifecycle from client engagement to project close-out, along with expanding the HDS practice.

Before joining mHUB HDS, Jigar has spent the last decade at Tesla and Rivian as a Manufacturing Engineer, where he worked on scaling lithium-ion battery technology to help bring EVs to mass production. He has contributed to scaling production to multiple vehicles - Tesla Model 3/Y, Rivian R1/R2, and helped develop 4680 cylindrical LIB.

Jigar holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jigar has a passion for clean energy technologies, sustainability, and U.S. re-industrialization. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, running, and is an avid hiker, having recently summited Mt. Kilimanjaro.
