Revenue Growth Intensive: Moving Enterprise Opportunities Forward

Enterprise sales rarely stall because of a single issue. More often, promising opportunities lose momentum due to competing priorities, internal stakeholder dynamics, procurement processes, or unclear next steps.

This interactive workshop is designed for growth-stage founders actively selling into enterprise customers and navigating longer, more complex sales cycles. Through practical frameworks, guided exercises, and real-world application, participants will strengthen their approach to enterprise sales and leave with actionable strategies they can immediately apply to opportunities in their pipeline.

Participants will explore:

  • Diagnosing why enterprise opportunities stall

  • Distinguishing between need, process, and political roadblocks

  • Navigating pricing discussions and procurement friction

  • Building mutual action plans that maintain momentum

  • Identifying internal champions and key decision-makers

  • Strengthening enterprise sales execution through practical application

This is a working session—not a lecture. Founders are encouraged to bring a current enterprise opportunity or stalled deal and will apply the workshop frameworks directly to their own commercialization challenges.
