Vision is one percent. Alignment is the other 99.
Most teams don't stall because they lack direction. They stall because the day-to-day wins: calls, fires, and meetings eat the week, while everyone drifts a few degrees off course without noticing. In this interactive session, Ken and Brian Wendle of The Value Formula help you name the daily whirlwind pulling your team off course, separate the work that moves you forward from the work that drains you, and prioritize accordingly.
Come with real work in mind and leave with a clearer read on where your team's energy is going, plus a practical way to point more of it in the same direction.
