A financial model is one of the most important tools a founder can build—but it's also one of the easiest places to get stuck. Whether you're building your first model, preparing for fundraising, or trying to understand what your numbers are actually telling you, having an experienced perspective can help uncover gaps, challenge assumptions, and improve decision-making.
This interactive, small-group working session is designed for founders who want personalized guidance on their financial models. Rather than a traditional workshop, this lab provides a collaborative environment where participants can bring existing models, financial assumptions, forecasting challenges, or specific questions for discussion and feedback.
Whether you're starting from a blank spreadsheet, refining a fundraising model, or trying to better connect your business strategy to financial outcomes, this lab is designed to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Participants are encouraged to bring their financial models, projections, assumptions, and questions to maximize the value of the session.
