Tammy Roust, Ph.D., CFA, CAIA, CISSP, is the Founder and CEO of FAIT Consulting, a secure-by-design AI consulting firm specializing in AI governance, cybersecurity, and CMMC compliance for defense manufacturers. With more than 25 years of experience, Tammy has held leadership roles at NASA/JPL, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the State of Illinois, and the U.S. Treasury, where she led AI governance initiatives through major federal policy transitions. She is also the founder of FlexGrid AI, giving her firsthand experience navigating the security challenges of building AI-driven products.
