Don McNeill is a CEO, entrepreneur, and board member with a track record of founding and scaling creative and experience-driven companies, now leading SoulCraft, Spire Brand Ventures, and Performance Lighting. Most notably he was co-Founder and CEO of Digital Kitchen, ca highly regarded innovative creative company. After running the business for 20 years, he sold the company and retired in 2019. He has also been involved in numerous startups like iVideosongs, Favory.com, Legacy eSports, Ace Comicon, and others.

He chairs the communications committee for the Economic Club of Chicago, sits on the marketing committee of Lurie Children's Hospital, and a Business Mentor at Junto Institute. He's served on the board of AICP where he founded AICP.Next & AICP.Digital. Lastly, he is proud of his time as a media delegate to the UN where he received the United Nations and PVBLIC foundation award - Achievement for Media and Public Impact.
